Another celebrity slithers into fall's hottest trend

I know you are all probably sick and tired of my constant posts about snakeskin, but it seems as if this fall trend is spreading like wild fire. Need two more examples? (Probably not, but I'm going to give them anyway!) As I walked through the mall, I noticed my favourite Michael Kor's Hamilton tote (I bought one in white) with a snakeskin print. Swoon. The bag retails for around $450 dollars and is available at the Rideau Mall. Unfortunately since I already splurged for the white Hamilton tote, I can't imagine purchasing the identical bag in snakeskin.

Not loving the snakeskin print? Well it seems as if this fad will certainly stick around for a couple of months as another celebrity has embraced snakeskin! Lady Gaga was seen this weekend leaving the Chateau Marmont on in a yellow Versace (FW2011) print cocktail dress. She paired this fabulous dress with velvet Louboutins.

CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN Men's Footwear Release A New Sneaker for $1,000-- Is It Worth It?

Christian Louboutin has been making awesome footwear for sexy women of the world but OK for men. Well, I've got to admit that some of the men's designs are SUPER-HOTT but it's a little pricey. I may invest in just one pair and care for them for the next DECADE!

Well, check the Christian Louboutin sneaker above. It's a newly released sneaker for men worth $5 shy of $1,000.

Whaddaya think United States, Europe, Africa, Australia, wherever you're at... would you spend that much money on sneakers?

Will.I.Am In Odd Suit but HOTT Christian Louboutin Rollerboy Spike Shoes

Will.I.Am's suit is strange enough to land on my 'Fash, Crash, and Burn' column, but one item WILL NOT enter that category, and that is the Christian Louboutin Rollerboy Spikes that he was wearing (in denim) for $1,195.

I really like THESE black ones (below) for $100 more. They are versatile and can go well with a good fitted pair of black or dark blue denim jeans.

LADY GAGA In Green: The Color of Money and Freshness, that is...

The crazy interesting LADY GAGA continues to stun her little monsters and even her non-monsters with what she wears. Instead of all the crazy stuff we usually see Lady GaGa wear, this look above is extremely understated by GAGA STANDARDS. This is a MONEY look, meaning that everything about her look is expensive in all categories.

After all, she IS wearing the color of money.

She wore an interesting, Nicki Minaj-ish teal wig which fades to black at the roots to compliment the black glasses, a Valentino leather trench coat, and the formidable CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN 'DAFFODIL' PUMPS for $995. Only GaGa.

Check out the hott CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN designs I looked up. These are some hott looks for this summer. Keep it 100 ladies... with these kinds of shoes on your feet. And NO.... you won't need to shell out $800-$1000+ just to look good. There's plenty of places you can do that, and I'm sure you beautiful ladies know where...

But my place of choice for you is ALDO or STEVE MADDEN.

WERK it Danier

Did you know that Danier Leather is a Canadian company?

It's time for the fashion pre-view!  Even though we are just feeling that sweltering heat (keep it up summer!), fall fashion trends are are starting emerge. The one collection that really caught my eye was designed by renowned Canadian fashion stylist and director George Antonopoulos, the third designer that will be collaborating with Danier Leather for Fall 2011. Antonopoulos has created a collection called OBJECT that is made up of modern classics in leather that could be effortlessly integrated into anyone's wardrobe. The designer states that the collection is "attainable and affordable, the designs are investment pieces translated in leather to create a new language of dressing." The campaign for OBJECT features a stunning Canadian: Naro Lokuruka. This leggy model was originally born in Kenya and now resides in an old 70s apartment in Bloordale Village in Toronto.

The OBJECT collection will be available in Danier Leather stores this October! Dare I say it? I think I might be looking forward to this fall season. 

P.S. LOVE the Christian Louboutin shoes. My two (petit) problems? I feel that they might be a little too high (don't want to kill my arch!) and the side view of the platforms make the shoes look a little bit too "frankstein." But Louboutin's ARE my favorite shoe and I'm just counting down the days until I can afford my very own pair of black Louboutin pumps. CIARA In Her White-Hott Couture Dress for Hangover 2 Premiere

Check out CIARA lookin' right in her white-hott dress by Cushnie Et Ochs, paired with nude Christian Louboutin Daffodil pumps for $995. The dress looks cool, could look even better without that long attachment on the back.

Ladies, this is a great summer look, and while some of you may not be able to afford Ciara's look, you can still look just as good or better, depending on if you know how to ROCK IT OUT!!

Beautiful Women of the Weekend: CIARA and KELLY ROWLAND

Check out some of the beautiful women of the weekend. Ciara and Kelly Rowland were at the MILK Records promoting the new Samsung Infuse phone, along with other celebs, too.

But these two women caught my eye; one looked alluring and another looked sophisicated, but both were SEXY and runway-ready. Check out Ciara in her one-shouldered nude-colored dress and noticeable Louboutins, and Kelly in her white blazer, jeans, and stilettos. STUNNING and PERFECT, for realz...

Check out Chris Brown, back in blonde, livin' up his 22nd B-Day.

Also check out the shoes that catapults him into 'SUPER SNEAKERDOM.' These are Christian Louboutin Rantus Orlato Star sneakers for $650. I was really feeling those sneakers when I saw them both in a store and on the Christian Louboutin website.

They look even better on Chris, and while I would love to shell out $650 for these... I kinda got bills to pay, and still tryin' to recover from Mother's Day spending.

Jennifer Hudson continues to inspire many overweight Americans with her weight loss. Jennifer has also been infatuated with wearing clothes that she said 'finally fit me.'

QUEEN BEY Is BAAAACK With Crazy Fashion and 'Girls' Single Leak

BEYONCE is driving fans CRAZY with her 'GIRLS' single that was leaked yesterday. Many die-hard fans were upset with the way it sounded. But it couldn't be.... BEYONCE would never stoop to that level. Then to my surprise, an almost-finished version leaks again and gives people a better idea of the song, which is a lot better.

Anyhoo, BEYONCE captured the eyes of Paris when she went to dinner with her hubby JAY-Z. She wore a curvy and flowery dress (which looks a bit....TORN), a Jimmy Choo bag, and python Christian Louboutins to complement her upper look.

These are indeed some SPACE-AGE looking shoes, but they're still cool.

Too many HOTT SUPERMODELS, more than I can handle *LoL*. Anyhoo, check out model/actress Eva Marcelle Pigford out on the town with friends wearing a NECK-SNAPPING blue minidress, matching heels, a sequined clutch, and a wonderful complexion to play up her fun twist of a blonde haircut.

It's a hott look, but I wish she'd do something different to her hair...like toning down the blonde to more of a honey blonde mixed with brown... or somethin' like that.

Now to the FASHIONISTA (who wants to know exactly what Eva's items were): Eva wore a Naven silk party dress for $420, it has 'broad shoulders,' a full back opening, and an elastic hem. She also had a PRADA sequin clutch in her hand for $1,100 (remember what I said about SEQUINS comin' into style hard in 2011), and Christian Louboutin Mago Platform Pumps for $795.

Many of us already know the 'red bottom' company CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN, who creates highly sought-after and formidable shoes for majorily women (now MEN are grateful to join in on 'LOUBOU LOVE' with sneakers and dress shoes). So this morning, I visited one of my fav websites, UpscaleHype, and found these...

These are unisex Christian Louboutin Alfred Flats for $795. Much too dope. Much too classic. Much too me to like *LoL*.

Solange Knowles as "Hippie Girl" and Brandy as "Red Soles Girl"

Solange Knowles was performing at an ELLE event recently, wearing clothes with a '70s Hippie kind of vibe. Her style is very different from Beyonce's (who is her sister) and often consists of sometimes outlandish and clothing evoking a certain time period (like the outfit above).

Solange looks cool and fun so I'll give her that. I'm also liking the Native boots that she's rocking in the second picture.

 

Next is Brandy (singer, dancer (Dancing With The Stars), actor (sitcom 'Moesha')) who is today the "Red Soles Girl" as she is spotted with some Christian Louboutin denim Pigalle Studded Pumps for appx. $1,000 (varied slightly in upscale retail stores).

You like it?? I know I do, 'cuz there's nothing like a lady with some sexy shoes; the whole vibe of the room just changes. MMMM.... *LoL*
