TOMS Shoes for Valentine's Day

With Valentine’s Day coming up, why not give a stylish Valentine's Day gift that gives back?

In 2006, American traveler Blake Mycoskie befriended children in Argentina and found they had no shoes to protect their feet. Wanting to help, he created TOMS Shoes, a company that would match every pair of shoes purchased with a pair of new shoes given to a child in need. One for One. Blake returned to Argentina with a group of family, friends and staff later that year with 10,000 pairs of shoes made possible by TOMS customers.

Although I have never purchased a pair (but now I'm seriously considering it!), these shoes look very comfortable and stylish. I've always been a sucker for clothes (or shoes) that look great but at the same time give something back to people in need. Some of the shoes (like the Red Vegan Wrap Boots are also made with no animal products and also crafted with recycled and sustainable materials)
