Over the bridal season years, the event offered high-end glamorous wedding trousseau, through exhibitions and shows. On its 10th year anniversary celebration starting 2nd of Feb. till 5th 2011, the BRIDE SHOW Abu Dhabi will showcase unparalleled wedding ensembles, a truly one-stop bridal exposition like no other. Designers from all over the region host and exhibit luxurious wedding gowns and accessories. A gathering of creative stalwarts and renowned names in the luxury wedding industry, the event is the most anticipated annual affair, promising a brighter and bigger luxurious exhibition as it completes a decade of its successful performances.

On its first day of the event, Tony Yaacoub, a celebrity fashion designer from Beirut was invited to be the major highlight on Day 1. Yaacoub’s shimmering collection bedazzled the audience with its rich embellishments and luxe fabrics like grays and oysters.

The participation of ARUSHI, Dubai’s numero uno Maison in Haute Couture added the luxe in luxury of opulent wedding gowns and party dresses, known for its exquisite and fabulous pieces with masterful attention to details. With its respectable feminine and classic bridal gowns DAR AL SARA FASHION DUBAI exudes élan and grace on its highly covetable dream collection. AL MANSOURI is Abu Dhabi’s prime atelier who caters stunning bridal silhouettes to meticulous clienteles in the capital. AWATIF AL HAI’s exuberant and flamboyant wedding gowns will surely be a big hit on the runway.

The Bride Show Abu Dhabi will present the very best in fashion design talent from around the GCC.

The Bride Show Abu Dhabi will feature UAE designers Dar Maryam Al Shaibani and Al Mansouri Fashion, Bahraini fashion house Anmar Couture and Kuwaiti designer Awatif Al Hai.This is one of the most admired features of the four day exhibition, which takes place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from 2 to 5 February, 2011.

“This year the creativity exist in this region and while most of the designers are enduring tight lipped about their innovative collections, some have common sketches with us and the dresses are truly spectactular,” said Cota.

The winner of the Abaya Design Awards, sponsored by Persil Abaya Shampoo is also guaranteed to be a big crowd puller. Ten amateur designers are competing against each other to win the coveted accolade.The Bride Show Abu Dhabi is the first must-attend event in the 2011 calendar for all fashion lovers, beauty aficionados, and of course, blushing brides to be and their entourage of family and friends.
