Just before my trip to Japan my local photo shop got in some Velvia Fujichrome which is slide film that I have cross processed when developed. Velvia emphasizes reds, oranges and yellows. Of course I had to try it. I left the film to be developed while I was away and bought a few rolls to take to Japan with me. Here are some of the Vermont photos.
Flory's Motel, an abandoned motel that I've previously photographed. I've been chased off the property before so now take pictures from the shoulder of the road.
Bushes outside the bookstore where I work.
Maple trees and a purple sky.
Taken on my drive home.
Self portrait taken outside work.
Taken through the windshield of my car.
Tractors.
Trees and clouds. Clouds look great when photographed with Velvia Fujichrome.
