Spring Storms

This past couple of weeks we've had some high winds, thunderstorms and even a tornado watch. Fortunately the tornado didn't materialize but the high winds did some damage in the woods where I walk.

The stream that runs through the woods is fairly well protected and looks pretty this time of year.


Milkweed. In the fall their pods turn brown, burst open and cottonball like seeds are dispersed i the air. A pretty sight.
