Many of this winter's storms have left large of amounts of snow several hours south of us in places like Washington, DC and New York. Until today the ground around where I live has not had any snow for the past three weeks when a rainstorm left the ground bare. Inspite of all my grumblings about cold, winter, slippery roads I happily grabbed my camera and took some photos.
Fluffy snow.
Snow on trees, snow on a bridge and snow on the ice on local stream.
Snow caps.
Snow on a rock bridge and retaining wall.
Snow on last summer's hydrangeas.
And more snow.
