I'm thinking that LaLa's look is BORDERLINE.
There are a lot of great pieces; they just aren't executed together properly. LaLa's blazer was by 3.1 Philip Lim for $695, A Pleasure Doing Business bustier (that's a real hott JAIDEN's PICK) that can be incorporated into a summer LOOKBOOK, and the SHOW-STEALER: LaLa's Nicholas Kirkwood Lace-Up Sandals for nearly $1,200!
Her look could have been done right if she kept the shoes, but wore an off-white 3.1 Philip Lim blazer to go with the bustier, and some wax black jeans to separate the whites on top and bottom.
Is my suggestion WAYYYY BETTER???
