HOLgA - Snowbanks

A few days after a snowfall the white "winter wonderland" looks dirty. The sand and/or salt on the sidewalk mixes with the snow. The snowbanks melt and freeze, shrink and absorb the grit from their surroundings. When I took these photos I held the shutter open for an extra second or two and didn't us a tripod. I like how faded and blurry the snowbanks look.
